Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions By scheduling services with CycloPunk Mobile Bicycle Repair (“CycloPunk”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Service Agreement CycloPunk provides professional mobile bicycle repair services as requested by the client. While we take every precaution to ensure the highest level of service and care, you understand and accept that unforeseen issues may arise during or after the repair process. 2. Client Responsibility • You agree to provide accurate information about your bicycle’s condition and history. • You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining your bicycle in accordance with manufacturer recommendations after service. 3. Limited Liability • CycloPunk is not responsible for damage or defects unrelated to the service provided. • CycloPunk is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses resulting from improper use, maintenance, or modifications of the bicycle following service. • CycloPunk is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., weather, traffic, or parts supply issues). 4. Warranty Disclaimer • Repairs are performed based on the information provided by the client and standard industry practices. • CycloPunk offers a limited 14-day warranty on labor. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors. 5. Release of Liability By signing this agreement, you release CycloPunk, its employees, and contractors from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or connected to services performed. 6. Payment & Cancellation • Full payment is required upon completion of the service. • Cancellations will result in a non-refundable $10 service charge. Reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, failure to do so may result in a service charge. 7. Acceptance of Terms By booking services with CycloPunk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Liability Policy.
